• Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or Physics.

Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in digital IC design, preferably for CMOS image sensors.
• Proficiency in RTL design (Verilog/VHDL), synthesis, and timing closure.
• Strong understanding of image sensor architectures and digital signal processing.
• Experience with ISP pipelines, compression algorithms, and high-speed interfaces (MIPI, LVDS).
• Knowledge of DFT, low-power design techniques, and advanced verification methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

Soft Skills:

• Creative problem-solving, effective communication, and ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Digital Architecture & RTL Design:

• Define and implement digital blocks such as timing controllers, sequencers, and data path logic.
• Develop low-power, high-speed designs optimized for image sensor performance.
• Integrate 3^rd party IP blocks into the digital logic

Mixed-Signal Integration:

• Work with analog teams to ensure seamless integration of digital and analog subsystems.
• Support calibration, correction algorithms, and on-chip processing.

Verification & Validation:

• Create testbenches and perform functional verification using simulation tools.
• Implement state-of-the-art DFT techniques like BIST routines, vector scanning and boundary scanning support
• Collaborate on FPGA prototyping and lab validation of digital designs.

Technical Leadership:

• Lead digital IC design.
